The required ingredients for Paliria dolmas with tricolor quinoa with red roasted pepper dip

1 pack of 200g Paliria quinoa dolmas

200g Paliria Roasted Red Peppers in  brine

1 tablespoon(s) capers

1 clove of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon white vinegar

 

For serving:

1 package of Dolma with tricolor Quinoa 200 gr. Paliria

The steps for a perfect dish with Paliria dolmas with tricolor quinoa with red roasted pepper dip

1. In a mixer, add all the ingredients together and mash until homogenized.

2. Taste and add salt and pepper according to our preferences.

3. Transfer the mixture into a glass bowl and refrigerate it for 30 minutes before serving.
