The Paliria Baked Giant Beans are very tasty when consuming them directly from the package! At the same time, however, they can also be the basis for many interesting Mediterranean recipes! Here we suggest you to mash them and create a delicious tart!
1 pack of 280g Paliria Baked Giant Beans in onion & tomato sauce
2 oil rusks
2 sprigs of parsley
2 sprigs of dill
½ onion, cut into slices
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
For serving:
8 cherry tomatoes cut in half
Fillets of 1 lime
Some wild arugula leaves
Olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
1. We prepare the base of baked giant beans, putting all the ingredients in a mixer.
2. We mash them and after turning them into cream, leave them in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
3. Using a hoop, divide the mixture of the baked giant beans into two dishes and place the cherry tomatoes, the fillets from the lime and some arugula leaves on top.
4. Sprinkle with olive oil and freshly ground pepper and serve.
