Paliria Baked Giant beans with cuttlefish & spinach

Paliria Giant baked beans go perfectly with seafood! In this version we have combined the Paliria Giant baked beans with cuttlefish & spinach for a delicious vegetarian and fasting combination!

The required ingredients for Paliria Baked Giant beans with cuttlefish & spinach

1 pack of 280g Paliria Giant Beans in onion & tomato sauce

4 cuttlefish cut into small pieces

1 leek cut into rings

2 spring onions, finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 shot of ouzo

200 ml. vegetable broth

200 g spinach leaves

1/2 bunch of dill, finely chopped

Salt & pepper

The steps for a perfect dish with Paliria Baked Giant beans with cuttlefish & spinach

1. In a frying pan we put the olive oil together with the onions and cook for 1 minute until glossy.

2. Then, add the cuttlefish and the leek and mix.

3. Let them turn golden for 2 minutes and then deglaze the pan with the ouzo.

4. Add the vegetable broth and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.

5. Remove from the heat and add the cut spinach and the Paliria Baked Giant beans, finely chop the dill and mix gently!

EXTRA TIPS

We can add a little lemon juice to the Paliria Baked Giant beans with cuttlefish & spinach for extra acidity!
