The required ingredients for Paliria baked giant beans with shrimps & bulgur

2 packs of 280g Paliria Giant Beans in onion & tomato sauce

200 gr. small shrimps cleaned

1 leek, chopped

½ onion finely chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

100 g bulgur

1 glass of red wine

4-5 basil leaves, finely chopped

Salt & pepper

 

The steps for a perfect dish with Paliria baked giant beans with shrimps & bulgur

1. In a pan, put the olive oil together with the onion and the leek and sauté them for 2 minutes until they become glossy.

2. Then, add the shrimps for another 2 minutes, so that they take on color and extinguish them with the wine. Let them boil until the alcohol evaporates.

3. Add the broth and bulgur and mix.

4. Allow 7 minutes more and remove from the heat. Add the braised giants, chop the basil and mix gently.

5. Leave off the heat, so that our dish is thickened and not liquid, season with salt and pepper and serve.
