For a vegetarian full meal, accompany your favorite Paliria dolmas with cherry tomato salad & spinach.
1 package of 280g Paliria Dolmas, stuffed vine leaves with rice & herbs
For the salad:
12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 spring onions, finely chopped
1 lettuce cut by hand
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soft mustard
1 teaspoon molasses
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 teaspoon anise seeds, crushed
Salt & pepper
1. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients together until well homogenized.
2. In a bowl add all the ingredients for the salad, pour over the sauce, and mix.
3. Then leave the salad in the fridge for 10 minutes.
4. Serve the salad along with the dolmas.
