For the fava mixture :

1 package of 280g Paliria Greek Island Fava

1 small onion

Juice from 1 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ tsp. cumin

For the mushrooms:

6 mushrooms cut into 4

1 small hot pepper

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

1 tablespoon of olive oil

6 cherry tomatoes cut in half

Juice of 1 lime

2 sprigs of thyme, finely chopped

Salt & pepper

The steps for a perfect dish with Paliria Greek Island Fava with mushrooms & cherry tomatoes

1. Enhance the flavor of the Paliria Greek Island fava beans by putting all the ingredients together in a mixer until they are homogenized and achieve a smooth texture.

2. Place the mushrooms in a hot pan with the garlic clove and olive oil and stir until golden.

3. Add the lime juice, add the cherry tomatoes and thyme and mix. Let them sit for 3 more minutes and serve over the fava beans.
