This recipe with Paliria sweet & spicy dolmas, with mushrooms in flatbreads, could be the vegan version of a wrap sandwich. We have used flatbreads as bruschetta and created a hearty vegan combination that takes only 10 minutes of your time!

2 pita breads
2 tablespoons olive oil
For the sauce you will need:
2 tomatoes, grated
1 clove of garlic

1. In a frying pan, add the olive oil along with the flatbreads until golden brown.
2. Then, keep them warm on a plate and in the same pan put the garlic clove and olive oil along with the mushrooms over high heat until golden brown. Add the thyme, stir and after 4 minutes remove from heat.
3. For the sauce, pour the olive oil in a pan along with the onion and leave it for a while until glossy.
4. Add the garlic, tomatoes, sugar, bay leaf, salt and pepper, and mix until the sauce thickens.
5. Serve by sharing the sauce on the flatbreads and place on top of the mushrooms and the sweet & spicy Paliria dolmas!
