The ingredients for the Paliria baked giant beans with bulgur & caramelized carrots are

1 pack of 280g Paliria Giant Beans in onion & tomato sauce

100 g bulgur

250 ml. vegetable broth

2 carrots in thin slices

2 spring onions, finely chopped

1 sprig of celery finely chopped

2 tablespoons chopped dill

1 tablespoon spice mix (coriander, ginger, cumin)

Juice of 1 lime

4 tablespoons of olive oil

Salt & pepper

In a bowl, add the bulgur with the hot broth and let it rise for 15 minutes.

In a large deep frying pan, add the onion, carrot and celery with olive oil and sauté for 2 minutes until glossy and golden.

Add the bulgur, stirring gently, and finally add the broth.  Set over medium heat to absorb the liquid and then add the spices.

Add the Paliria Baked Giant Beans and mix. Add the lime juice and leave for another minute.
