The ingredients for the Paliria Greek Island Fava with cuttlefish & fennel are

1 package of 280g f Paliria Greek Island Fava

1 spring onion

1 pinch of cumin

Juice from 1 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt & pepper

For the cuttlefish:

6 cuttlefish cut into small pieces

½ fennel cut into rings

1 spring onion finely chopped

1 teaspoon tomato paste

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon wild cumin seeds

1 tablespoon chopped dill

Salt & pepper

Put all the ingredients for the fava in a mixer and mash them all together until you achieve a smooth texture.

In a frying pan, add the oil along with the onion and sauté for 1 minute until it is glossy.

Add the cuttlefish, the fennel and tomato paste, a little water, the herbs, and simmer for 20 minutes.

The cuttlefish must be left with their oil.
