RATE THE RECIPE
The ingredients for the Paliria Fava with roasted oranged octopus are

1 package of 280g  Paliria Greek Island Fava

4 tentacles of octopus boiled for 10 minutes

Juice of 1 orange

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 bay leaf

4 grains of allspice

1 sprig of thyme finely chopped

1 pinch of salt

For serving:

Zest of 1 orange & olive oil

For the recipe of the Paliria Fava with roasted oranged octopus, follow these steps

In a pot, add the tentacles of the octopus cut into pieces along with the olive oil, so that they are cooked over medium-low heat for 25 minutes.

Remove from heat and put them in a casserole dish along with the rest of the ingredients, except the Greek Island Fava.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C degrees for 25 more minutes.

Serve the Paliria Greek Island Fava in a slightly deep dish and place the octopus tentacles on top along with the orange zest and a little olive oil.
