This was the year Antonis and Nota Soulioti founded Paliria, in Politika of Evia, which started out as a small family business, making and selling delicious homemade dolma. Since then, these small bites made of rice, cooked with fresh dill and mint, are still hand-wrapped one by one, inside tender early-harvest vine leaves.

The Company’s care and attention in the selection of ingredients and wrapping is reflected both in the appearance, and flavor of the Dolmas, making this dish incredibly delicious.
